Krista DeNio>>Moving Ground (KD>>MG) creates new forms of performance work and interdisciplinary research between the fields of dance and theater, as well as other disciplines. KD>>MG uses performance training and production to engage performers, audience and community members in active dialogue toward a socially just world. Returning themes include: war, technology, and the love, bravery, tragedy, and comedy of the human spirit. Performance forms include ensemble devised dance-theater, site-specific work, audience-interactive experiences, choreographic projects, original solo theater works, and improvisational dance and theater.
