Improvisation in Action integrates various forms of movement Improvisation, including: Contact Improvisation, Viewpoints, Composition techniques and practices, writing and movement scores, and more! Come integrate your moving body with imaginal tools and skills, for a satisfying group practice. All experience levels are welcome.
Join us every 1st and 3rd Monday to learn from a rotating cast of MovingGround collaborators. So far in the series, we have explored somatics, the intersections of contact and composition, and choreographic writing – don’t miss the rest! Class is from 7-8:30pm, followed by a jam until 10pm.
