Moving through physical and vocal warm-ups, into open improvisation, this journey includes a variety of movement techniques, vocalization, and improvisation.  Developmental movement, Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement and more. 

State shifts facilitated by deep and rhythmic sound flows from DJ Mystique!

BIOS: 

Krista DeNio (she/her/hers) is an interdisciplinary choreographer, director, performer, writer and educator. She facilitates creative projects based in the principles and practices of ensemble-based theater. Artistic Director of MovingGround, her work engages interdisciplinary collaborations that bridge embodied experience,performance, education, activism, and human-to-human connections. Krista has taught and performed in the Bay Area, nationally and internationally.  www.movingground.org
